Nestled off of Harborview Road on James Island a mere single traffic signal from downtown Charleston, Woodward Pointe provides one of the only enclosed, side-walked communities on the island. If convenience to downtown and strong schools are your cup of tea, then this neighborhood is a must-see. And it seems more and more people are looking to James Island for their home investment.
According to the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, James Island median home prices surged 9.6% in June, as Charleston's best kept secret became less so. And Woodward Pointe homes were no exception.
