Hi, I’m Katie McCabe.

I'm a local realtor here in Charleston, South Carolina where I help friends and clients realize their home dreams. For years, I worked in the non-profit sector, helping our under-resourced communities grow stronger. Now, I serve our community in a different way. I  help Charlestonians with the most important financial asset in their lives: their home.

Over the last decade, my husband, two children and dog have made a home on James Island. When not busy with the real estate market, you'll find me at the local dog park, busing kids to soccer practice, or exploring all that the lowcountry has to offer. There truly is no place like Charleston, SC.  That is why I love working as a realtor: I get to share my passion for the lowcountry with new people everyday! I would be proud to represent your real estate interests, too.

ABOUT

"Katie has been a great resource as my husband and I have explored a multitude of possibilities in Charleston and the surrounding areas. Katie is a skillful listener and takes the time to deeply understand what her clients need. While Katie came to us by the way of Maryland, her love and understanding of the Lowcountry life is truly a gift."

EXPLORE JAMES ISLAND

James Island is a quick five minutes from downtown Charleston, across the Ashley River.  Island residents enjoy one of the shortest commutes in the area, which is why many James Island residents work in the city.  James Island is ideal for homebuyers who want proximity to the city and the affordability and space of the suburbs.  Houses on the island are mainly spacious traditional lots, developed in the last decade, but also include charming brick ranchers built in the 1950s.  Some enjoy lovely waterfront views of the Wappoo Creek, Charleston Harbour, and Stono River.  James Island has something for everyone and it’s also my favorite piece of Charleston!
